RLS Aviation Ltd is reporting on the First Quarter Update for 2025 and the progress of its MEDEVAC Project in Africa for its expansion of its Emergency Rescue Service. This program is being conducted in coordination with SIPJ, (Sonnig International Private Jet) its partners and a group of leading participants led by Kenya.

We have agreed and executed a Joint Venture Agreement with a leading Senior Business Development Executive in Kenya in relation to the Government Provision of a Fixed Entry Charge per head on all work entrants or visitors into the country. Its neighbour Tanzania and others are all similarly primed for the mandatory fixed USD $66.00 per head tariff of which USD $44.00 will be collected immediately on processing and credited to the Provision of Facilities for the Medevac Project.

The required Strategic Operational Centre in Nairobi has been set up and created to facilitate and serve the more than one thousand (1,000) Emergency situations arising each year in the country currently.
SIPJ is currently arranging for a pre-converted Air Ambulance being a Lear 35 Jet to be relocated into the Operational and Management Centre based in Nairobi expediently. It is expected full Operational status will be engineered and completed within the first quarter. We will be including a progressive two-tiered Equity Financing Package for International Placement and a correspondent listing to be completed within the same period.

Kenya has approximately 2,080,000 visitors alone and is growing in its popularity being one of the leading countries in Africa for Destination Tourism predominately for US and British tourists. It is well regarded as a safe haven because of its progressive nature and welcoming community.

Led by this ground breaking development the Company expects further rapid growth in the demand for these essential services from other like-minded Jurisdictional Authorities such as Tanzania, Sierra Leone and other African Nations.

Together with SIPJ and its other participating partners and Investors the expansion of its Fleet is dedicated to this Service and congruent with the transaction that has taken place already. The Company fully expects a fast build-out of the current Business Model during the first and second quarters of 2025 and will give regular updates as events occur within the overall Plan.
