The Company is delighted to confirm that due to the very strong progress in its MEDEVAC ventures SBS GROUP LTD has decided to increase its stake in the Company by mutual consent, consequently we have agreed to issue 20,000,000 RLS AVIATION LTD new Common Shares @ USD $1.85 in exchange for 9,120,000 SBS GROUP LTD new Common Shares @ £3.00 per share.
Both Share Holdings are unrestricted and rank pari passu with the existing Capital of each respective Company. Bearer / DTC format has been accepted as the delivery mechanism following CUSIP eligibility being granted in the USA for both Companies.
The Board are very pleased to strengthen our Alliance with a primary forward thinking Investment Company of note and look forward to working together enhancing value for both parties and their respective Shareholders.
