RLS Aviation Ltd is pleased to announce that in line with accelerating developments in the MEDEVAC Program and the consequent rise in values accordingly, SBS GROUP LTD increased its stake in the Company with a further transaction on amended specified terms.
We can confirm that those are the issuance of 25,000,000 shares @ USD $1.75 in exchange for 8,180,000 SBS GROUP LTD new Common Shares @£4.00 per share.
Both share holdings are unrestricted and rank pari passu with the respective existing Capital of each Company. Bearer format has been accepted as the delivery mechanism for this transaction.
The Board are very excited to further align the Company with a powerful Investor partner with advancing balance sheet strength.
We are looking into a significant Capital raise to expand the working relationship with dedicated Industry partners and their global participants.
