Operational Expansion & Strategic Integration
MEDEVAC E.R.S. Development
Following high-level consultations with our strategic partners, RLSA is pleased to announce the finalized execution framework for the transition of our MEDEVAC Emergency Rescue Service (E.R.S.) to full operational status. This initiative streamlines global crisis response by integrating specialized ground-based tactical units with sophisticated aerial extraction capabilities.
Key Operational Developments
· Strategic Alliance Integration: Our partner organizations have reaffirmed their commitment to a coordinated alliance. This collaboration establishes a high-tier, technologically advanced E.R.S. infrastructure on a global scale.
· Integrated Response Synergy: Our model achieves a comprehensive Air-to-Ground tactical framework. By merging elite ground assets with established aviation rescue expertise, RLSA ensures seamless operational continuity during complex extraction missions.
· Protocol Alignment & Implementation: Management is currently finalizing the alignment of logistical protocols between all participating entities. The formal execution of definitive agreements is scheduled for May 2026, with full operational effectivity commencing 1 June 2026.
· Sustainable Support Structure: RLSA is entering into quarterly support contracts with both institutions. These agreements are structured to ensure long-term sustainability and equitable resource distribution across our multilateral partnerships.
Capital Markets & Corporate Strategy
· Public Listing Objectives: In alignment with our growth trajectory, RLSA is actively evaluating candidates for a Reverse Takeover (RTO). Primary targets include entities currently listed on the NASDAQ and/or the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE).
· Asset Position: Our qualification for these premier exchanges is bolstered by our significant interest in SBS Group Ltd, where RLSA maintains a proprietary holding of
41,942,000 common shares, held free and clear of any liens, encumbrances, or third-party claims.
· Scalable Contribution Model: We have secured in-principle acceptance for a tiered financial contribution framework. This mechanism allows for increased resource allocation commensurate with the expansion of our territorial coverage.
Technological Innovation
· Proprietary E.R.S. Platform: Our technology division is nearing completion of a proprietary mobile application. This platform will serve as the digital backbone for our integrated ground and air control operations.
· Operational Efficiency: By optimizing the interface between Ground and Air Control, this system is engineered to significantly reduce response timeframes. We aim to mitigate the critical delays common in traditional rescue models, thereby improving outcomes in high-risk environments.
Corporate Outlook: These developments secure a definitive first-mover advantage for RLSA and its affiliate, The MEDEVAC Company. We remain the only entity capable of delivering a fully coordinated, international, integrated Ground/Air Control solution.
